Mexam Mailbox is an authorized Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) providing essential logistics and mail services. With a large client base of thousands of active customers and boxes, we are looking for a reliable, experienced, and highly organized Branch Manager to lead our operations.

As our Manager, you will be the guardian of our business integrity and our customers’ privacy. You will oversee the daily flow of thousands of items, manage a small team, and ensure that our facility runs smoothly and efficiently.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Manage the daily flow of packages and mail with high attention to detail.
  • Team Management: Oversee and coordinate a small team to ensure consistent productivity and service quality.
  • Customer Excellence: Provide exceptional support to our diverse client base.
  • Data Security: Protect the business and, above all, the privacy and confidentiality of our clients’ sensitive data.
  • Independence: Execute tasks and manage the facility with minimal supervision. We need someone we can trust to hold the keys and run the store effectively.
  • Tech Proficiency: Expert use of PC/Laptops, web-based apps, and Outlook/Email systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with our client base.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated history in managing small teams and handling high-volume operational environments.
  • Communication: Clear, effective, and professional communication with customers, employees, and management.
  • Organization: Superior ability to organize physical inventory and digital records.
  • Self-Driven: Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision while maintaining high standards of reliability.
  • Commitment: Strict adherence to company policies, terms of service, and internal procedures.

Work Dynamics:

The role is active and hands-on. Your time will be distributed as follows:

  • 60% Operational (Physical): Handling mail, overseeing the store floor, and physical inventory management.
  • 40% Administrative (Computer): Processing database entries, client communications, and digital documentation.
